📦 Sung & Plush Boutique Shipping Policy

At Sung & Plush Boutique, we want your shopping experience to be as cozy and enjoyable as possible—from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. 💕📦

🛍️ Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. During new product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Sung & Plush Boutique’s control.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping label has been created.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Sung & Plush Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed after they have been delivered or transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. We will do our best to assist you when possible.

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the address before your order ships.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order, destination, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated during the promotion.

🔄 Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to Sung & Plush Boutique because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
